Boxwood

Where the Acacia splits its living space in two, the Boxwood puts it all in one room. The great room runs 24 by nearly 24 feet and opens straight into a kitchen with an island and a dining room beyond it, so the whole center of the house reads as a single volume rather than a series of doorways.

Behind it the covered patio runs 41 feet. That is most of the back of the house, and it is 12 feet deep the whole way, which is the difference between somewhere to stand and somewhere to live.

The primary suite takes the far end with its own sitting room, a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath just under 17 feet across. The three secondary bedrooms share the opposite wing, and they are generous ones: two at 16 by 12 feet, the third nearly 18 feet long, each with its own walk-in.

Two rooms sit between those wings without being spoken for: a den off the foyer and a flex room beside the entry. There is a second entry layout available that trades the flex room for a larger foyer, if you would rather the house opened than absorbed.
