Home Dynamics is privately held. There are no shareholders to answer to, which leaves us free to decide for ourselves how much to spend on quality, on the architecture and on looking after the people who buy from us.
The company was built on doing the right thing for the right reasons, and that is most of why it is still here. We have come through several property cycles that finished off other builders, private and public alike.
